基于BIM的装配式建筑绿色施工管理研究

On Green Construction Management of Prefabricated Building Based on BIM

本文首先阐述了装配式建筑、BIM技术、绿色施工的基本概念,明确三者之间相辅相成,紧密相连的关系。其次,分析了BIM技术在装配式建筑绿色施工中有关场布管理、进度管理、成本管理、质量管理四方面的应用。最后,针对实际施工情况,通过设计实施流程、明确管理内容、建立组织架构以及确定人员配备等管理方法,建立基于BIM的装配式绿色施工管理的模式,并且提出进一步加强装配式建筑绿色施工管理的几点建议。

After some basic concept such as prefabricated building,BIM technology,green construction,and the application of BIM technology in construction site management,schedule management,cost control are analyzed,a BIMbased green construction management model is established of prefabricated building in accordance to the actual construction by designing the implementation process,clarifying the management content,establishing the organizational structure,and determining the staffing and other management methods.Some suggestions to strengthen green construction management of prefabricated building are also proposed as well.
