Simulation of joint dispatching of river network sluice group in coastal plain

摘要 针对滨海平原河网水力水文特性、闸群结构型式以及运行方式复杂多变等特点,通过概化平原河网,将闸坝作为闸控河道上的内边界条件进行处理,基于HEC-RAS软件建立平原河网水动力模型,实现平原河网闸群联合调度模拟。以余姚市西北部滨海平原为研究对象,将模型计算结果与实测数据进行对比。结果表明计算值同实测值较吻合;建立一套水闸优化调度规则,完成对河网闸群联合调度模拟,并根据模拟结果提出一套水域整治方案,结果表明该方案能有效降低淹没区水位,可为姚西北地区排洪除涝与水资源合理分配提供依据。 In view of the hydraulic and hydrological characteristics of river network in coastal plain,the complex and changeable characteristics of structure types and operation modes of the sluice group,the sluice dam wastreated as the internal boundary condition on the sluice control channel by generalizing the plain river network.Based on HEC-RAS software,the hydrodynamic model of plain river network was established to realize the joint dispatching simulation of plain river network sluice group.Taking the northwest coastal plain of Yuyao as the research object,the calculated results of the model were compared with the measured data,and the results showed that the calculated values were in good agreement with the measured values.A set of optimal dispatching rules of sluice was established to complete the simulation of joint dispatching of river network sluice,and a set of water regulation scheme was proposed according to the simulation results.The results showed that the scheme can effectively reduce the water level in the flooded area,and can provide a basis for flood drainage and reasonable distribution of water resources in the northwest of Yuyao.
