基于激光位移传感器的零件轮廓曲线重建策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对零件轮廓曲线复杂多变,破损情况不尽相同,使用传统建模方式存在效率低、精度差、操作复杂等问题,提出基于激光位移传感器的零件轮廓曲线重建技术,构建了自适应零件轮廓曲线采集平台,基于Savitzky-Golay平滑滤波算法实现了采集数据的降噪与光顺,通过Akima样条拟合和重采样重建了能够用于加工制造的轮廓曲线点集,并通过实例测试验证所提重建策略的可行性和有效性。结果表明,重建曲线与理论曲线之间的误差在-0.1434~0.0910之间变化,能够重建与原始曲线一致、误差更小且符合加工制造要求轮廓曲线。 The contour curve of parts is complex and changeable,and thus the damage conditions are different.Considering modeling the profile curve of damaged parts with conventional approach appeared complex operation,low efficiency and poor accuracy,a reconstruction strategy for the profile curve of damaged parts in the absence of an original technical drawing was present.An adaptive acquisition platform for profile curve of partwas built.And collected points of the profile curve were denoised and smoothed by Savitzky-Golayconvolution method.Then point set for part machining was reconstructed by fitting and resampling using Akima spline method.Thus,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed reconstruction strategy were verified by a practical example.The results showed that the error between the reconstructed profile curve and the theoretical profile curve varied between-0.1434 and 0.0910,which was consistent with the original curve,with smaller error and in line with the requirements of processing and manufacturing.
