摘要
对PPD汽缸体顶面油孔加工提出了切实可行、合理的工艺加工方案;根据加工方案确定了工艺装备的设计和专用机床的总体方案;介绍了汽缸体顶面油孔的加工方案和夹具设计。经计算,采用立式与卧式相结合的配置形式的专用机床加工油孔具有加工效率高、加工质量好等优点。
A feasible and reasonable processing scheme for machining oil hole on the top of PPD cylinder body was put forward.According to the processing plan,the design of the process equipment and the overall plan of the special machine tool were determined.The processing plan and the fixture design of the oil hole on the top of the cylinder were introduced.The calculation result shows that the special machine tool with the combination of vertical and horizontal configuration has the advantages of high machining efficiency and good machining quality when machining the oil hole.
