摘要
针对绞吸式挖泥船定位桩缓冲起升液压油缸起动压力大,油缸回落时冲击力大,工作时稳定性和可靠性差、使用寿命短等问题,对其整体结构进行重新设计。在缸体底部采用双进单出油路,用单向阀控制,实现了起动压力小;在活塞杆底部采用缓冲弹簧和节流孔相结合的缓冲装置,实现活塞杆回落时速度递减,冲击力小。使用结果表明:改进后的缓冲起升液压油缸的稳定性及使用寿命大幅度提高。
Aimed at the problems of the buffer lifting hydraulic cylinder of the spud of cutter suction dredger,such as the large starting pressure,the large impact force when the cylinder falls back,the poor working stability and reliability during operation and the short service life,the whole structure of the hydraulic cylinder was redesigned.At the bottom of the cylinder block,the double-inlet and single-outlet oil circuit was used,and the one-way valve was used to control the oil circuit,so the starting pressure was small.At the bottom of the piston rod,a buffer device combined with a buffer spring and a throttle hole was used to reduce the speed and impact force when the piston rod falls back.The result shows that the stability and service life of the improved buffer lifting hydraulic cylinder are greatly improved.
