摘要
近年来我国的绿色建筑发展迅速,如何科学合理且简便地选择出最优的绿色建筑设计方案已成为热点问题。将模糊综合评价理论与DEA理论相结合,在专家评价的基础上运用DEA理论将定性指标进行定量化处理,并通过运用交叉评价对绿色建筑设计方案进行排序与选优。该模型简化了传统评价过程并增强了评价结果的客观性。
In recent years,Chinese green buildings have developed rapidly.How to select the best green building design scientifically and easily has become a hot issue.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is combined with the DEA theory.Based on the expert evaluation,the DEA theory is used to quantify the qualitative indicators,and the best green building design is selected by using cross-evaluation,which simplifies the traditional evaluation process and enhances the objectivity of the evaluation results.
