摘要
尽管我国温室面积高居世界第一位,但是温室系统很不规范。拱棚温室造价低,但无法进行自动化控制;现代化温室可以实现自动控制,但造价非常高。为此,设计了一种新型作物温室系统。采用镀锌钢管作为系统支架,采用薄膜作为覆盖材料。温室系统包括室内环境监测传感器、用以通风的南北侧卷膜和顶部卷膜、外遮阳网、喷淋、加热管道、保温幕和CO2发生器。该温室系统兼顾了温室建设成本与自动控制两方面因素,为我国广大地区的温室建设提供了参考。
China's greenhouse area is the largest in the world,but the greenhouse system is not standardized.Arched greenhouse has low cost,but there is no automatic control.Modern greenhouse can realize automatic control,but the cost is very high.Therefore,a new crop greenhouse system is designed in this paper.Galvanized steel pipe is used as system bracket and film is used as covering material.The greenhouse system includes indoor environmental monitoring sensors,rolled films on the north and south sides and on the top for ventilation,external shading net,spraying,heating pipe,insulation curtain and CO2 generator.Both the construction cost and automatic control are considered in the greenhouse system,which provides a reference for greenhouse construction in vast areas of China.
