摘要
由于雨生红球藻在积累虾青素的不同阶段细胞壁具有不同的特点及虾青素酯的复杂性,目前在雨生红球藻色素的提取及虾青素酯前处理方面,仍存在不同方法检测结果不一致的问题.本文对目前雨生红球藻中虾青素的检测方法进行综述评估,为不同目的快速测定雨生红球藻中虾青素含量选择合适的方法提供一定指导.
Present methods for pigment extraction of astaxanthin from H.pluvialis provide inconsistent results.This is mainly due to the different characteristics of the cell wall and complexity of astaxanthin esters during the different stages of accumulation of astaxanthin in H.pluvialis,The determination methods of astaxsanthin in H.pluvialis are reviewed providing guidance for the determination of astaxanthin content in H.pluvialis for different purposes.
