小儿呼吸道急性感染蒙药治疗临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Mongolian Medicine in Treatment of Children’s Acute Respiratory Tract Infection

通过文献研究方法,对16篇蒙药治疗小儿呼吸道感染临床观察文献进行研究,主要依据各文献报道之临床观察治疗总有效率、平均总有效率等数据,初步筛选推定小儿呼吸道感染临床治疗一线和二线基本蒙药(方剂)范围以及蒙西药联合治疗、单纯蒙药治疗、单纯西药治疗等疗法的优选使用顺序,为临床治疗和新药研究提供科学参考.

By the method of literature research,sixteen clinical literatures on Mongolian medicine treatment of children’s respiratory tract infection are studied,and based mainly on the data of the clinical observation of the total effective rate and average total effective rate reported in the literature,to preliminarily screen out the range of the firstline and second-line Mongolian medicine(prescription)in clinical treatment of pediatric respiratory tract infection,and to determine the optimal use order of treatment methods of combination of Mongolian medicine and Western medicine,Mongolian medicine alone and Western medicine alone,which provides scientific reference for clinical treatment and new drug research.
