孤独症谱系障碍是一种广泛性发育障碍性疾病,病因尚未完全明晰,病程长,自然预后不理想,且患病率有逐年增高趋势,给患病家庭及社会带来沉重负担.笔者现就孤独症谱系障碍的病因及药物治疗、心理治疗、行为训练治疗等进行综述,旨为该病治疗提供参考.

Autism spectrum disorders is a broad developmental disorders disease,the cause is not fully clear,the course is long,the natural outcome is not ideal,and the prevalence is increasing year by year,so it places a heavy burden on the sick family and society.The author reviewes the etiology,drug therapy,psychotherapy and behavioral training of autism spectrum disorders,which provides references for its clinical treatment.
