社会化媒体中突发公共卫生事件舆情传播规律研究

Research on Public Opinion Propagation of Public Health Emergencies in Social Media

社会化媒体已经成为突发公共卫生事件舆情传播的重要渠道。因此,分析社会化媒体中突发公共卫生事件舆情传播规律,对于相关部门制定有效的舆情治理策略,具有十分重要的意义。本文以新浪微博为例,以不同类型的“关键节点”为中心所形成的舆情传播网络为研究对象,运用信息空间模型及社会网络分析方法,将节点特征与网络整体结构特征相结合,分析社会化媒体中突发公共卫生事件舆情传播规律,并进一步探究“反沉默螺旋”效应下网民情绪的演化过程,最后给出社会化媒体中突发公共卫生事件舆情治理建议。

Social media has become an important channel for public opinion propagation of public health emergencies.Therefore,it is of great significance for relevant departments to formulate effective public opinion governance strategies by analyzing the law of public opinion propagation of public health emergencies in social media.Taking Sina weibo as an example,and the public opinion diffusion networks composed of different kernel nodes as the research object,this paper analyzes the propagation law of public opinion of public health emergencies in social media based on the information space model and social network analysis.Then,the sentiments evolution process is also studied based on the“Anti Spiral of Silence Theory”.Finally,the recommendations to govern the public opinion of public health emergencies are proposed.
