摘要 以陕西省安康至岚皋高速公路三跨波形钢腹板连续刚构梁桥的施工为例,从悬臂浇筑吊架结构的设计、施工、经济效益、社会效益等方面入手,对波形钢腹板连续刚构梁桥施工技术进行研究和探讨。设计阶段采用midas Civil软件建立分析模型,验证了方案的可行性;提出了集运输、吊装、悬浇一体化的波形钢腹板连续刚构梁桥悬浇施工的新型吊架和施工方法,有效地解决了非通航河道波形钢腹板安装难度大、施工工期长、施工成本高等问题。 Taking the construction of a three-span continuous rigid frame beam bridge with corrugated steel webs from Ankang-Langao Expressway in Shaanxi Province as an example,the construction technology of continuous rigid frame beam bridge with corrugated steel webs was studied and discussed starting from the design,construction,economic benefits,and social benefits of the hanger for cast-in cantilever.In the design stage,midas Civil was used to establish the analysis model,which verified the feasibility of the scheme.A new type of hanger and construction method for the cast-in-situ construction of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs integrating transportation,hoisting,and cast-in cantilever was proposed,which effectively solves the problems of difficult installation,long construction period and high cost of the corrugated steel webs in non-navigation channels.
