索支承加固门式刚架静载试验及有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对一实际门式刚架厂房结构,基于索支承结构体系及预应力加固方法,提出该门式刚架厂房的加固方案,然后利用ANSYS软件建立了其一榀24 m跨门式刚架有限元模型,对其进行索支承加固仿真分析,研究了索支承方案加固前后门式刚架的特性变化,获得了不同预应力状态下,索支承方案对门式刚架的加固效果。最后设计并实施了该榀门式刚架索支承加固后的静载试验,研究不同荷载下钢梁各节点的应力、挠度及体外预应力拉索变形情况。仿真模型与试验结果表明:提出的索支承结构体系及预应力加固方法能较大地提高结构的承载能力,加固效果显著,加固后该门式刚架厂房结构满足设计要求,有限元分析与静载试验结果基本一致,验证了索支承方案在门式刚架加固中具有相当的适用性。 Based on cable-supporting concepts and prestressed reinforcing techniques,a finite element model of a portal frame with a span of 24 m is established by the ANSYS software for the analysis of cable-supporting reinforcement.The characteristic changes of portal frame reinforcement based on cable-supporting are found and the reinforcement effects of different prestressed conditions of cable-supporting on the portal frame are evaluated.Then,an experimental investigation of a cable-supporting reinforced portal frame is designed and conducted.It is found that the stress and deflection at each joint in the steel beam and the deformation of the external prestressed cable under different loading cases satisfy the design requirements.The finite element analyses and the experimental results are basically the same.It is shown that the proposed cable-supporting structure system and prestressed reinforcing technique can greatly improve the load-carrying capacity of the structure and the reinforcing effect is significant.Finally,the adaptability of cable-supporting to the portal frame is verified through comparisons between the finite element analyses and the result of the static load experiment.
