摘要
工作场所空气中丙烯酰胺经过溴化衍生后,经FFAP毛细管柱分离,用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定。其检出限为1.31×10^-5μg/mL,定量下限为4.38×10^-5μg/mL,相对标准偏差为3.88%~4.83%,加标回收率为98.5%~104%。因此,FFAP毛细管柱适用于工作场所空气中丙烯酰胺含量的测定。
The acrylamide was brominated in workplace air,separated by FFAP capillary column,and determined by gas chromatograph with electron capture detector.The limit of the detection was 1.31×10^-5μg/mL,the lower quantitative limit was 4.38×10^-5μg/mL,the relative standard deviation was 3.88% to 4.83%,and the recovery was between 98.5%and 104%.Therefore,the FFAP capillary column is suitable for the determination of acrylamide content in workplace air.
