摘要
当前,技术人员运用现代电子技术与自动化技术对矿井生产各环节进行技术改造,将井上下各自动化子系统监测监控数据进行集中整合,以鹿洼煤矿千兆工业以太环网为平台,构建全矿井综合自动化系统,使煤矿生产和管理更加科学、高效。本文介绍了山东鲁泰控股集团有限公司鹿洼煤矿全矿井综合自动化系统的建设情况、系统实现的功能及产生的效益,以期实现自动化减人目标,进一步保证矿井的正常安全生产。
At present,technicians use modern electronic technology and automation technology to carry out technical transformation of various links in the production of the mine,and centrally integrate the monitoring and monitoring data of the automation subsystems above and below the well,and take Luwa Coal Mine's Gigabit Industrial Ethernet ring network as a platform and build a comprehensive mine comprehensive automation system to make coal production and management more scientific and efficient.This paper introduces the construction situation of the comprehensive automation system in the Luwan Coal Mine of Shandong Lutai Holdings Group Co.,Ltd.,the functions realized by the system,and the benefits generated,in order to achieve the goal of reducing automation and further ensuring the normal and safe production of the mine.
