摘要
计量检测过程包括前期准备、方案确定、具体步骤实施、理论基础检验、检测结果复核、批准和可行性验证等阶段,不同行业的具体实施步骤和程序不尽相同。不同阶段引入主成分分析方法对常用评估指标进行综合筛选,目的是找出最优综合评估指标并建立相应的数学模型,综合评估工程检测的计量能力,以便进行实地检测。要从样品中找到最为合适和差异性明显的变异因素,保证输出质量和输出结果的有效性、合理性和灵敏度,提高计量检测的可操作性。
The measurement and testing process includes preliminary preparation,program determination,implementation of specific steps,theoretical basis inspection,review of test results,approval and feasibility verification,the specific implementation steps and procedures are different in different industries.Principal component analysis methods are introduced at different stages to comprehensively screen commonly used evaluation indicators,the purpose is to find the best comprehensive evaluation index and establish a corresponding mathematical model to comprehensively evaluate the measurement capacity of the engineering inspection for field inspection.It is necessary to find the most suitable and obvious difference factors from the samples to ensure the output quality and the validity,rationality and sensitivity of the output results,and improve the operability of the measurement and detection.
