硫化沉淀除镉工艺工业化调试优化实践

摘要 本研究对硫化沉淀深度除镉工艺进行现场工业化调试优化,在原有工艺基础上,仅在一次滤液集液槽采用硫化钠溶液滴加方式,利用原有的二次压滤机即可实现除镉效果。调试结果表明,外排水中镉含量稳定小于0.01 mg/L,远低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)规定的0.1 mg/L排放浓度限值,废水处理成本仅增加0.01元/m^3,该工艺具有技术指标稳定、操作简单、成本低的特点。 In this study,the on-site industrialization debugging and optimization of the sulfide precipitation depth cadmium removal process was carried out,on the basis of the original process,only the primary filtrate collection tank of sewage treatment adopts the method of dropping sodium sulfide solution,and the original secondary filter press can be used to achieve the effect of removing cadmium.The debugging results show that the cadmium content in the external drainage is stable at less than 0.01 mg/L,which is far below the discharge concentration limit(0.1 mg/L)specified in the"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978-1996),the wastewater treatment cost only increased by 0.01 yuan/m^3,the process has the characteristics of stable technical indicators,simple operation and low cost.
