随着我国城镇化的快速发展,城市建设用地逐年增加,使得城市不断向外围发展,难免会占用耕地,导致粮食供给不足,进而威胁国家粮食安全。城镇化发展与耕地面积保护两者是矛盾对立的。为了有效地解决问题,有必要明确我国耕地现状,分析耕地保护红线相关政策,建立和完善节约集约用地机制,守住耕地保护红线。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,urban construction land is increasing year by year,making cities continue to develop to the periphery,which will inevitably occupy cultivated land,resulting in insufficient food supply and threatening national food security.The development of urbanization and the protection of cultivated land are contradictory.In order to effectively solve the problem,it is necessary to clarify the current status of cultivated land in China,analyze the relevant policies of the cultivated land protection red line,establish and improve the economical and intensive land use mechanism,and keep the cultivated land protection red line.
