粉煤灰综合利用项目设备选型研究

摘要 随着我国燃煤电厂的快速发展,粉煤灰等固体废弃物排放量也逐年增加。目前,其综合利用主要是作为混合材,应用于水泥生产中,受季节影响较大,而且存在显著的地区差异。开展粉煤灰的综合利用,变废为宝、变害为利,解决堆放问题,既符合国家环保政策,又符合循环经济和可持续发展战略的要求。这种方式已成为解决我国燃煤发电与生态环境污染、矿物掺合料资源紧缺之间矛盾的一种重要手段。 With the rapid development of coal-fired power plants in China,solid waste and other solid waste emissions have increased year by year.At present,its comprehensive utilization is mainly used as a mixture in cement production,which is greatly affected by the seasons,and there are significant regional differences.Carrying out comprehensive utilization of fly ash,turning waste into treasure,turning harm into profit,and solving stacking problems are not only in line with national environmental protection policies,but also meet the requirements of circular economy and sustainable development strategy.This method has become an important means to solve the contradiction between coal-fired power generation in China,ecological environment pollution and shortage of mineral admixture resources.
