摘要
以浙江省平湖市6家典型化学合成类制药企业为例,本文对其排放工艺废气中的18项挥发性有机物(VOCs)特征污染物(如甲苯、甲醛、二氯甲烷等)进行监测和分析,并采用臭氧生成潜势(OFP)和健康风险评价指标对VOCs所产生的环境与健康危害进行初步评价。结果表明,6家化工类企业排放的SO2、NOx、丙酮、甲苯、氯苯、硫化氢、乙酸乙酯最大小时浓度贡献值分别为7.92、9.33、129.63、106.99、21.36、0.49、23.18μg/m^3,均低于相应环境空气质量标准值,能够满足环境限值要求。
Taking six typical chemical synthetic pharmaceutical enterprises in Pinghu City,Zhejiang Province as an example,18 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)characteristic pollutants(such as toluene,formaldehyde,dichloromethane,etc.)in the process exhaust gas were monitored and analyzed,and the ozone formation potential(OFP)and health risk assessment index were used to evaluate the environmental and health hazards of VOCs in this paper.The results show that the maximum hourly concentration contribution values of SO2,NOx,acetone,toluene,chlorobenzene,hydrogen sulfide and ethyl acetate emitted by six chemical enterprises are 7.92,9.33,129.63,106.99,21.36,0.49 and 23.18μg/m^3,respectively,which are lower than the corresponding ambient air quality standard values and can meet the environmental limit requirements.
