摘要
转向系统作为控制车辆方向的机构,电子硬件的冗余无疑是电子助力转向系统发生故障时的第一道安全防线。因此,开发了基于三相电机的转向冗余系统,包含冗余的力矩传感器,转子位置传感器和电流传感器,可以实现在一阶硬件失效时,采用冗余的硬件正常工作。在双硬件失效或MOSFETs短路或断路时,进入降级的安全状态。整车测试表明,失效可操作的系统相比于突然丢失助力的系统更可控。
As the steering system that controls the vehicle direction, the redundant hardware of EPS(Electrical Power System) will be the first safety guard when the errors occur. Thus, the EPS redundant system is developed based on three phase motor. This system includes redundant Torque Sensor(TS), Rotor Position Sensor(RPS) and Current Sensor(CS). Not only the second hardware can normally works while the first hardware goes error, but also when both of hardware go errors, or the short circuit and open phase of MOSFETs, the EPS can still provide part of assistance. The vehicle testing proves that the fail-operational system is more controllable than sudden loss of assistance.
