贯彻落实军委总部要求,阐明新时代构建“保障打赢型”疗养机构的功能定位、目标方向以及方法路径,明确军队疗养机构应根据形势任务需求的变化,积极研究调整建设发展思路,以“保战斗力、保打赢”为根本任务和目标,牢记主责主业,遵循发展规律,狠抓内涵质量建设,着力建设“一切为了打仗、一切为了打赢”的军队疗养机构。

To carry out the requirements of the headquarters of the Military Commission,to clarify the functional orientation,target direction and method of building a victory-oriented sanatorium in the new era,make it clear that the military sanatoriums should actively study and adjust the construction and development according to the changes of the situation and tasks,take“guarantee combat effectiveness and guarantee winning”as its basic task and goal,keep in mind the main responsibility and main business,follow the development rules,pay close attention to the connotation and quality construction,and focus on building a victory war-oriented military sanatorium.
