360度评估在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of 360-Degree Assessment in Standardized Training of Residents

目的分析360度评估在住院医师规范化培训工作中的应用。方法将医院从2019年2—6月共开展5期在线问卷调查评估数据导入SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果护理人员对住院医师的评价总体高于住院医师与指导医师的互评;住院医师认为带教老师在教学讲座准备、对住院医师培训中的表现作出的及时反馈等方面能力有待于提高;指导老师认为住院医师在独立做出正确诊断、临床判断及临床影像或实验室操作掌握程度等方面能力较差;护理人员认为住院医师在及时告知护理人员患者情况、治疗和出院计划等方面需要提高。结论360度评估可以有效促进住培过程质量控制,结果需要及时跟踪反馈。

Objective To analyze the application of 360-degree assessment in the standardized training of residents in our hospital.Methods The data collected from five issues of online questionnaires from February to June in 2019 were imported into SPSS19.0 software for statistical processing.Results Nurses'overall evaluation of residents was generally higher than that of residents and instructors.Residents believed that teachers did not do well in the lecture preparation and timely feedback.Instructors thought that residents were poor in making correct diagnosis independently and making clinical judgment correctly and lacked skills in clinical image or laboratory operation.The nurses felt that residents needed improvement in the aspects of courteous and timely communication with nursing team members,especially when informing nurses of patients'conditions,treatment and discharge plans.Conclusion The 360-degree assessment can effectively promote the quality control of resident training process through timely feedback on the assessment results.
