近几十年来,表面增强拉曼光谱技术在生物传感器的构建中起着越来越重要的作用。同时它的增强机理以及应用也得到了广泛的关注。通过对表面增强拉曼光谱技术增强机理以及该技术在传感器中的构建方法以及需要注意的因素等进行了详细地介绍,同时也对该技术存在的一些问题进行了分析,可以让读者更加清晰地理解表面增强拉曼光谱生物传感器的构建过程和一些机制,从而使对该技术感兴趣的朋友能够设计出更多新颖的表面增强拉曼光谱生物传感器用于对癌症标志物等的超灵敏检测。
Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy has played an increasingly important role in the construction of biosensors in recent decades.At the same time,the enhancement mechanism and application have also received extensive attention.By introducing the enhancement mechanism of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy technology,the construction method of the technology in the biosensor and the factors that need attention,and also analyze some problems existing in the technology,the reader can be more clearly understand the construction process and some mechanisms of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy biosensors.Therefore,the readers who interested in this technology can design more novel surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy biosensors for ultrasensitive detection of cancer markers and other marker.
