摘要 设计了一款基于RFID技术的通用智能仓储一体化移动控制终端并进行了样机效能分析。引入无源RFID读写机制,通过RFID移动终端手持机实时获取电力设备物资仓储链动态扩展多维数据,并进行暂存;引入时分复用LoRa自组网系统,对电力设备物资仓储链动态扩展多维数据进行数据包格式化处理并以多线程传送模式上传至管控平台进行深度分析;引入基于UWB技术的高精度仓储人员及物资定位机制,实现仓库室内地图信息的实时生成。试验结果表明,原理样机与原型系统具有较强协同性,运行鲁棒性较强,为电力智慧供应链的全方位落地实施提供了有力支撑。 In the paper,a general intelligent storage integrated mobile control terminal based on RFID technology is designed and the efficiency of the prototype is analyzed.The passive RFID read-write mechanism is introduced to acquire the dynamic extended multidimensional data of the storage chain of the power equipment material warehouse in real time through the RFID mobile terminal handset and temporarily store it.The LoRa ad-hoc network system based on time division multiplexing is introduced to format the dynamic extended multidimensional data of the storage chain of the power equipment material warehouse and upload it to the management and control platform in the mode of multi-threaded transmission for in-depth analysis.The RFID mobile terminal handset is introduced based on the UWB technology,the high-precision warehouse personnel and material positioning mechanism can realize the real-time generation of warehouse indoor map information.The test results show that the prototype and the prototype system have strong coordination,strong operation robustness.It provides strong support for the implementation of power intelligent supply chain in an all-round way.
