摘要
针对目前城市雨涝灾害严重、传统雨涝监测方法的可观性差、准确率低和效率低等问题,设计了基于图像的城市雨涝监测系统,实现了视频图像采集、水位识别和数据通信等功能。实验结果表明,本系统可以准确地识别出水位,数据误差在±2 cm以内,同时数据可在系统的LED屏幕和Web界面展示,满足城市雨涝监测系统的实用性和准确性要求。
In order to solve the problems of serious urban rain-waterlogging disaster,poor observability,low accuracy and low efficiency of traditional rain-waterlogging monitoring methods,an image-based urban rain-waterlogging monitoring system is designed,which realizes the functions of image acquisition,water level identification and data communication.The experimental results show that the system can accurately identify the water level,the data error is within±2 cm,and the data can be displayed on the system's LED screen and Web interface,which meets the practicability and accuracy requirements of the urban rain-waterlogging monitoring system.
