摘要
针对新型雷达的作战效能评估问题,首先对新型雷达作战特点进行分析,建立了评估指标体系;然后利用改进层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法确定指标的权值;最后利用模糊评估法得到评估结果.案例分析表明,与传统模糊层次分析法(FAHP)相比,基于改进AHP和熵权法的评估方法更加合理和科学.
To evaluate the operational effectiveness of the new type radar,this paper firstly analyzes the operational characteristics of the new type radar,and establishes the evaluation index system.Then the paper uses the improved AHP and the entropy weight method to determine the weight of the index.Finally,the paper employs the fuzzy evaluation method to obtain the evaluation results.The case analysis shows that the evaluation method based on improved AHP and entropy weight method is more reasonable and more scientific than the traditional fuzzy hierarchical analysis method(FAHP).
