军校教员职业倦怠的分析与预防对策

Analysis and prevention measures on job burnout of military academy instructors

摘要 随着军事教育的转型,教学标准和教学要求越来越高,军校教员面临的职业倦怠问题更加突出.为了促进军校教员身心健康,进一步提高军事教育水平和质量,在阐述职业倦怠定义、主要表现的基础上,从工作、环境、生活三个方面对职业倦怠的原因进行分析,最后从军校和个人两个方面给出了预防职业倦怠的对策措施:注重柔性管理,营造良好职业环境;加强组织支持,增强职业归属感;针对个体差异,因人而异制定措施;开展教育引导,提高职业倦怠“免疫力”;提高职业素养、注重学习提升、加强时间管理、强化情绪疏导等. With the transformation of military education,teaching standards and requirements are getting higher and higher,and the problem of job burnout faced by military school instructors is becoming more prominent.In order to promote the physical and mental health of the military academy instructors and further improve the quality of military education,this article first expounds the definition and main expressions of job burnout,and then analyzes the causes of job burnout from three aspects of work,environment and life.Finally,the article presents the countermeasures to prevent job burnout from the aspect of the military academies and the individuals:pay attention to flexible management and create a good professional environment;strengthen organizational support and enhance professional perception of affiliation,work out measures according to individual differences;carry out education and guidance to improve immunity against job burnout,and improve professional quality,focus on learning improvement,strengthen time management,reinforce emotional guidance,etc.
