摘要
为研究韩国重大公共卫生突发事件应急管理体系建设的经验和做法,通过梳理韩国灾害、突发事件应急管理法规和实施办法,分析韩国应急管理体系的特点,并结合此次“新型冠状病毒”防治的具体实践,总结韩国公共卫生应急管理措施利弊。
In order to study the experience and practices in construction of emergency management system for major public health emergencies in South Korea,the characteristics of South Korean emergency management system are analyzed by combing South Korean disaster and emergency management regulations and implementation methods.Combined with the specific practice of prevention and control of this“novel coronavirus”,the pros and cons of South Korean public health emergency management measures are summarized.
