技术管理工作是一项时间紧、任务重、不允许出错的工作。在建筑施工企业技术管理人员年轻化和经验不足的条件下,通过建立技术资料库快速提高技术管理人员文件编制水平,减少由于技术人员施工经验不足造成的工作失误越来越重要。为了提高技术文件的编制质量及效率,必须建立一个充分、完善的资料库为编制工作提供参考。从技术管理人员经常使用的技术资料库的建设与完善方面进行系统阐述,对施工企业的技术管理工作具有一定的参考价值。

Technical management is a work with tight time,heavy tasks and no mistakes.Under the condition of young and inexperienced technical managers in construction enterprises,it is more and more important to establish technical database to improve the level of technical managers'documentation and reduce the work errors caused by inexperience of technical personnel.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of technical documents compilation,it is necessary to establish an adequate and perfect database for reference.This paper makes a systematic discussion on the construction and improvement of the technical database which is often used by technical managers,which has a certain reference value for the technical management of construction enterprises.
