某油田解决注水泵泵体高温的技术应用 被引量:1

摘要 注水泵对处理合格的生活污水增压,使其压力满足回注地层的要求。某油田试运行初期注水井配注量为25 m^3/h,平台注水泵额定排量190 m^3/h,二者之间存在较大差值,注水泵试注期间泵体温升过快无法稳定运行。通过依托油田现有流程,实现水源井水降温、减少注水泵出口回流,不利用冷却器解决大排量多级离心泵在小排量注水时泵体高温问题。本着安全、创新、高效的原则实施,注水泵成功稳定运转,生产水及注水系统各设备实际温度值均在正常操作值范围内,效果显著。 The water injection pump pressurizes the qualified domestic sewage to make its pressure meet the requirements of reinjection formation.In the initial stage of the trial operation of an oilfield,the injection volume of the water injection well is 25 m^3/h,and the rated displacement of the platform water injection pump is 190 m^3/h.There is a large difference between the two.During the trial operation of the water injection pump,the temperature rise of the pump body is too fast to operate stably.By relying on the existing process of the oil field,the temperature of the source well water can be reduced,the backflow at the outlet of the water injection pump can be reduced,and the problem of high temperature of the pump body during small displacement water injection of the multi-stage centrifugal pump with large displacement is solved without using the cooler.After the implementation of the principles of safety,innovation and high-efficiency,the water injection pump successfully and stably operates,and the actual temperature values of production water and water injection system equipment are within the range of normal operating values,with a remarkable effect.
