摘要
通过研究火炬气回收利用技术,包括火炬水封罐、压缩机及相关设备间的联锁安全装置,分别从工艺流程、关键设备及经济效益进行分析,得出结论:从火炬气回收利用项目的工艺、设备及控制仪表方面分析是可行的;预计2020—2035年的总回收气量为4444.82×104 m^3,回收气总价值为8889.65万元,可减少二氧化碳总排放量为164014 t。
Based on the study of flare gas recovery and utilization technology,including the interlocking safety devices between the flare water sealed tank,compressor and related equipment,the process flow,key equipment and economic benefits are analyzed respectively.The following conclusions are drawn:it is feasible to analyze the process,equipment and control instruments of the flare gas recovery and utilization project;the total recovery gas volume from 2020 to 2035 is expected to be 4444.82×104 m^3,with a total value of 88.895 million yuan,and the total carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 164014 t.
