我国集成电路产业高端化突破面临的问题研究及有关建议 被引量:9

摘要 集成电路是当今电子信息技术产业高速发展的源动力,已广泛渗透与融合到国民经济和社会发展的每个角落,是我国数字经济和信息消费发展的重要支撑。随着全球贸易环境愈加复杂,部分国家通过行政甚至司法手段限制我国集成电路产业发展,倒逼我国集成电路产业必须加快实现高端化突破。但是,我国集成电路产业在很多领域仍然呈现出技术产品盘踞中低端、产业层次低、企业规模小、整体布局散的格局。本文将通过分析数字集成电路和模拟集成电路领域主要产品的国产化现状及其存在的主要问题,挖掘影响我国集成电路产业高端化突破的关键因素,提出相关建议,为我国集成电路产业自主化能力提升提供一定参考。 Integrated circuits are the driving force behind the rapid development of today's information technology industry.They have been widely infiltrated and integrated into every corner of the national economy and social development.They are an important support for the development of China's digital economy and information consumption.As the global trading environment becomes more complex,some countries restrict the development of China's integrated circuit industry through administrative and even judicial means,forcing China's integrated circuit industry to accelerate the realization of high-end breakthroughs.However,China's integrated circuit industry still presents a pattern of low-end products,low-level industries,small-scale enterprises,and scattered overall layout in many fields.This article will analyze the localization status of major products in the field of digital chips and analog chips,analyze the main problems existing in each product field,and explore the key factors affecting the breakthrough of high-end integration of China's integrated circuit industry.Finally,relevant suggestions will be put forward for the independence of our integrated circuit industry.
