从单一考试到综合评价:韩国高考改革历程及启示 被引量:1

From Single Examination to Comprehensive Evaluation:The Process and Enlightenment of Korea’s College Entrance Examination Reform

摘要 韩国高考内容经历了多次重大改革,从高校自主招生考试,到国家统一入学考试与高校自主招生考试并行,再到高校自主招生考试与高中考评记录相结合,进而再次回到试行国家大学入学资格考试,围绕政府、高校、高中学校3大因素以近乎排列组合的方式逐一进行了改革尝试。最终,通过综合权衡政府、高校、高中学校三者之间的关系,统筹考查高中生学业成绩与综合素质,构建起高校招生综合评价体系。韩国高考改革在合理确定评价内容、科学选用评价方式及充分发挥评价主体作用等方面给予我们有益启示。 Korean college entrance examination content has undergone many major reforms, from independent college entrance examination, to national college admission unified test paralleled the independent college entrance examination, then the independent college entrance examination with the combination of the high school records,and back again to the national. They tried to reform one by one almost in the way of arrangement and combination around the three factors of government, universities and high schools. In the end, South Korea has built a comprehensive evaluation system for college enrollment by dealing with the relationship among government,universities and high schools comprehensively and making a comprehensive assessment of the academic performance and comprehensive quality of high school students. The reform of South Korea’s college entrance examination gives us useful enlightenment in determining the evaluation content reasonably, selecting the evaluation methods scientifically and giving full play to the role of evaluation body.
