西部地区职业学校学生就业质量影响指标研究

Research on the Impact Index of Employment Quality of Vocational School Students in Western China

就业准备和就业支持是就业质量的两大相关指标。对四川、贵州、重庆等西部省市职业学校毕业生进行就业质量问卷调查,采用SPSS21.0统计软件建立回归分析路径,探讨就业准备、就业支持对就业质量的影响。研究发现,西部地区职业学校毕业生总体就业质量较高,但人职匹配率较低;就业准备显著影响就业质量;就业支持是就业质量提升的关键环节。为提高西部地区职业学校学生就业质量,建议着力提高实习实训效果,促进学生专业知识与技能提升;科学开展学生就业指导与服务,增强就业支持力;强化就业扶持,增强就业信心;加强就业质量监控,推动实现高质量就业。

Employment preparation and employment support are the two relevant indicators of employment quality.The employment quality questionnaire survey was conducted on graduates of vocational schools in Sichuan,Guizhou,Chongqing and other western regions.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to establish a regression analysis to explore the impact of employment preparation and employment support on employment quality.The study found that the employment quality of vocational school graduates in western China is generally high,but the job-matching rate is low;the employment preparation significantly affects the employment quality;the employment support is a key link in the improvement of employment quality.In order to improve the employment quality of students in vocational schools in the western China,this paper recommended to focus on improving the effectiveness of internship training to promote students'professional knowledge and skills;scientifically develop student employment guidance and services to enhance employment support;strengthen employment support to enhance employment confidence;strengthen the monitoring of employment quality to promote high-quality employment.
