特朗普政府的贸易保护主义对中美贸易关系产生了巨大的负面效应,同时也导致世界经济格局和秩序的大动荡。从宏观角度来看,美国挑起对华贸易摩擦是以经济制裁为手段,以中美经济结构差异为着手点,精准打击中国具有比较优势的制造业和不具备优势的高新技术行业,再从政治、军事和国际关系等方面,全方位且持续性地对中国展开战略攻势,旨在延缓甚至遏制中国走向复兴道路。为此,需要中国坚持全面深化改革、坚持高质量发展来夯实自身基础,应对冲击;需要谋求更好的中美合作应对美国政府的"脱钩"与对抗;需要以"一带一路"倡议为抓手推进新经济全球化。

Trump administration’s trade protectionism has brought a huge negative effect on China-US trade relations,which has also caused great turbulence to the world economic pattern and order.From a macro perspective,applying mainly economic sanction the United States initiates Sino-US trade war putting hands to the diversity in economic structure between China and the United States;then precisely attacks China’s manufacturing industry with comparative advantages and its high-tech industry without advantages.Sequentially US launches comprehensive and sustainable strategic attacks against China from politics,military and international relation,aiming at delaying even containing China’s development and rejuvenation.Therefore,China is expected to consolidate its own foundation through adhering to deepening overall reform and opening up and to higher-quality development to cope with the impact,to strive for deeper cooperation with America to deal with American government’s"de-connection"and confrontation,and to initiate"the Belt and Road"to accelerate economic globalization.
