摘要
对长江流域电站巨型水轮发电机组典型挡风板结构进行了总结研究,分析发现固定式挡风板结构通风效率优于旋转式挡风板结构,但固定式挡风板也存在拆装难度大,效率低等缺点,在此基础上提出一种发电机子母挡风板优化结构,旨在保证发电机挡风板结构稳定运行、解决拆装过程中存在安全隐患及相关技术问题、降低工作成本和缩短维护检修工期。
This paper summarized the researches on typical structures of windshields in giant hydrogenerator set in hydroelectric stations within the watershed of Yangtze River. Analysis found that stationary windshields has a better ventilation efficiency than rotary windshields. However, the stationary windshield also has the disadvantages of great difficulty in disassembly and assembly, low efficiency, etc. Based on that, we found an electric generator that has "son-mother" windshields. It can guarantee the stable running of electric generator windshields, solve security and technical problems in building and taking down process, reduce costs and shorten overhauling period.
