异步平行工法在波形钢腹板连续刚构桥上的应用

摘要 波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥是20世纪80年代出现的一种新型桥梁,其显著特点是用厚度10~20 mm左右的钢板取代厚度30~80 mm的混凝土腹板,其主要优点是实现了桥梁上部结构的轻型化,提升了桥梁的抗震性能,解决了传统PC箱梁桥混凝土腹板开裂的难题。本文以山西运城至河南灵宝高速公路运宝黄河大桥副桥为工程背景,成功应用了一种利用波形钢腹板自承重实现连续刚够桥主梁悬臂浇筑的施工方法,简称异步平行工法。 PC box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of bridge appearing in the 1980 s.Its remarkable feature is that the concrete webs with thickness of about 10~20 mm are replaced by steel plates with thickness of 30~80 mm.Its main advantage is to lighten the superstructure of the bridge,improve the seismic performance of the bridge,and solve the problem of cracking of the concrete webs of traditional PC box girder bridges.Based on the engineering background of Yunbao Yellow River Bridge on Yuncheng-Lingbao Expressway from Shanxi Province to Henan Province,this paper successfully applied a construction method of cantilever pouring of continuous rigid-enough bridge girder by self-bearing corrugated steel webs,referred to as asynchronous parallel construction method.
