双金属复合管专用新型自动化联动油箱装置

A new type of automatic linkage tank for bimetal composite pipe

针对金属复合管设备主液压缸油品净化能力差及引起的回路漏油、卡阻等问题,研制了用于双金属复合管设备的自动循环、自动控制油位的新型油箱装置。该装置在传统油箱基础上增设了联动循环液压回路,实现了油箱内自动进油、溢流,完成油品的循环净化并自动更换。同时,该装置开发了基于油箱液位的自动化控制功能,可根据液位情况自动打开回路的各种电磁阀给上置油箱补油、排油、溢流等。生产实践证明,该装置提高了设备稳定作业率,延长了主液缸及相关阀组的使用寿命,降低了使用成本,减少了废油排放。

For the problems of the oil circuit leakage or jam,caused by poor oil purification capacity,on the main hydraulic cylinder of metal composite pipe equipment,this paper develops a new type of oil tank with automatic circulation and oil level control,it can be used in metal composite pipe equipment.A hydraulic circuit of linkage circulation is added to the traditional oil tank.It realizes automatic feeding and overflow,and cyclic purification and automatic replacement of the oil.Meanwhile,the new tank develops an automatic control function based on the oil level.It can automatically fill,drain and overflow oil for the upper tank,according to the liquid level,through opening various solenoid valves on the circuit.The practice shows that the new tank can improve the stable operation rate,prolong the service life of main cylinder and related valve group,reduce the running costs and waste oil discharge.
