摘要
大型高炉布料溜槽在布料过程中,输料时间长易发生应力应变,如果进行试验研究,使得时间、资金耗费巨大且不方便实测。为此采用离散元仿真和有限元方法进行耦合数值模拟仿真对溜槽进行强度分析应力应变分析。以某3 000 m^3大型高炉布料溜槽为研究对象,利用离散单元法建立高炉布料溜槽内部的复杂的冲击过程模拟,并获得更加逼近实际工况下的不同倾角下溜槽底部和各壁面所受载荷大小,最后建立有限元模型并进行受力加载,得到溜槽的所受应力位置和变形的情况,研究结果表明:溜槽与托架配合超差,造成溜槽脱扣而脱落,尾部发生变形,可为高炉布料溜槽结构改进分析提供一定的参考。
During the distribution process of the large-scale blast furnace chute,due to the long conveying time,stress and strain are prone to occur.If the experimental research is carried out,it will take a lot of time and money,and that the measurement is not convenient.To this end,discrete element simulation and finite element method are used for strength analysis and stress-strain analysis of the chute by numerical simulation.In this paper,taking a 3000 m^3 blast furnace distribution chute as a research object,a complex impact process simulation inside the blast furnace distribution chute is established using discrete element method,under different inclination angles,the load on the bottom of the chute and the walls,closer to the actual working conditions,are obtained.The finite element model is established and is loaded to obtain the stress position and deformation of the chute.The research results show that the chute and the bracket are in poor cooperation,which causes the chute to trip and fall off,and the tail is deformed.It provides some reference for structural improvement analysis of the blast furnace chute.
