人格单元的“拟塑”与观念侨易的“仿交”之道--以“大学理性”为中心的考察 被引量:1

The “Imitation” of Personality Unit and the Tao of “Fangjiao” in Qiaoyi of Concepts--An Investigation Centered on “University Rationality”

摘要 本文讨论张学文的《大学理性研究》,充分肯定其对于现时代的中国语境的特殊意义,即针对的是大学"失范现象"。但同时强调在"大学理性"之外,也要讲"大学感性",更要关注"大学的情理结构"。进而引入更为开阔的立体结构视域,即将大学视作一种"人格单元",认为现代意义上的大学使命应当区分若干层次:其一,承担知识传承与教化育人的功能,对教师来说,则必须为人师表,在道德上、传统上、学科上都是如此;其二,承担社会互动与学境构造的责任,即不是简单地为社会提供服务,而是与社会相互为用,既有服务的一面,更有指导和示范的功能;其三,承担创造知识和追求真理的使命,能创造出和谐的求知、求学与求道的精神共同体。 This paper discusses Research on University Rationality written by Zhang Xuewen and affirms its special significance for China in modern times in allusion to the phenomenon of "anomie" of Chinese universities. Besides emphasizes on "rationality of university", we should also concern on "sensibility of university" and more importantly focus on the dual structure. Thus, in a broader perspective of three-dimensional structure, a university could be regarded as some kind of "personality unit". The missions of modern universities ought to be divided into three levels: First, bearing the function of education and inheritance of knowledge. As for teachers, they must be worthy models of morality, tradition and discipline. Second, undertaking the due obligations of social interaction and promotion of academic atmosphere. Not simply to serve the community, but to integrate social resources by providing guidance and demonstrations. Thirdly, assuming the mission of creating knowledge and pursuing the truth to create a harmonious spiritual community of seeking knowledge, scholarship and the Tao.
