The rules of International commercial terms(Incoterm)are vital for negotiating relative articles and conforming export and import contact,so the trade enterprises should understand the revision process of Incoterms and know the latest changes.This paper reviews the previous updates and revisions of the rules of Incoterms by the International Chamber of Commerce(ICC),discusses the main changes of the Incoterms■2020,and gives some suggestion to enterprises that should be cautious with trade terms in signing commercial contacts to avoid disputes and some risks.In this paper,introducing the previous updates and revisions of the rules of incoterms by the International Chamber of Commerce(ICC),some suggestion are given to enterprises that should be cautious with trade terms,discussing main changes of the incoterms 2020,in signing commercial contacts to avoid disputes and some risks.
