旅游开发与精准扶贫的协同路径研究——以渝东南民族地区为例

Study on the Collaborative Path between Tourism Development and Targeted Poverty Alleviation——Taking Ethnic Minority Areas of Southeast Chongqing as an Example

农村贫困人口全部脱贫是全面建成小康社会的标志性指标。农村贫困地区位置偏僻、环境严峻的特点制约着当地经济发展,但也使其维持着原生态的旅游环境,原生旅游资源禀赋促使旅游扶贫成为贫困地区脱贫攻坚的重要战略举措。通过对已有文献的回顾,结合实地调研结果,探讨连片特困地区——渝东南民族地区旅游开发与精准扶贫的协同关系,并进一步构建该地区旅游扶贫的具体路径。

To realize the rural areas of poverty out of poverty entirely is a landmark indicator for a well-off society in an all-round way.The characteristics of rural areas of poverty are remote and harsh,which restricts the development of local economy.However,they also allow maintain the original ecological tourism environment.The endowment of native tourism resources has made tourism poverty alleviation an important strategic measure for poverty alleviation in poor areas.This article reviews the existing literature and combines the results of field investigations to explore the synergistic relationship between tourism development and targeted poverty alleviation in concentrated destitute areas—the ethnic minority areas of Southeast Chongqing,and to further build a specific path for tourism poverty alleviation in this region.
