摘要
针对目前大港油田水平井找堵水技术现状,研究了可在动态生产条件下对水平井实施标记物分段测试找水和采用具有较强触变性膨胀型的无机颗粒堵剂进行水平井准确分段封堵的工艺技术,该工艺技术既克服了水平井常规电缆测试找水和封隔器机械找水存在的缺陷又能通过配套的分段定位封堵工艺解决常规水泥类堵剂在水平段易混相坍塌及安全性差的问题。截至目前,水平井分段定位找堵水配套工艺技术在大港油田孔店、港西等区块完成水平井找堵水现场应用4井次,施工成功率100%,累计增产原油7812 t,天然气1.4×10^4m^3,证明了该水平井分段堵水工艺具有较高的可靠性和长效安全性,为今后高含水水平井的治理提供了一种安全可靠、经济实用的技术手段。
View of the present status of the horizontal wells in Dagang oilfield for water plugging technology,can be studied in the dynamic condition of production of horizontal well implement markers fragment test to obtain and use strong thixotropy inflating of inorganic particle plugging agent for horizontal wells accurately segmented seal technology.The technology not only overcome the conventional cable horizontal well test to obtain and flaws of the packer machinery for water and settled through matching section positioning plugging technology of conventional cement plugging agent in horizontal segment easily miscible collapsing and poor safety problems.So far,the horizontal well section water plugging technology in Dagang oilfield the port hole shops,west block such as complete horizontal well for water plugging site application 4 times,construction success rate 100%,total output of crude oil 7812 t,1.4×10^4m^3 after gas.Proved that the horizontal well section water plugging technology has high reliability and long-term safety,for the future of horizontal wells in high water cut governance provides a safe and reliable,economical and practical technology.
