大数据挖掘支持下的游客网络行为研究——以天河潭景区为例

Study on tourists network behavior based on big-data mining——A case study of Tianhetan scenic spot

针对游客网络行为,基于大数据技术支持,采用文本分析和语义分析对天河潭景区游记素材进行了深度分析。研究对涉及到天河潭旅游的游记文本大数据进行了高频词统计,对游客景区游玩项目、游客旅游形式、游客常住地等进行了分析。研究较传统方法能够更及时准确地掌握游客的各类行为和价值趣向,研究结论能为景区综合管理提供更合理有效的决策支持。

In view of the network behavior of tourists,based on the big data technology support,text analysis and semantic analysis are used for a intense study of the travelogues of Tianhetan scenic spot.This paper presents the statistics of the frequent words related to the travelogue text big data concerning Tianhetan tourism,and analyzes the tourist attractions,the tourist forms,and the tourists'permanent residence.Compared with the traditional method,the research can grasp the tourists'various behaviors and values more timely and accurately,and the research conclusion can provide more reasonable and effective decision support for the comprehensive management of scenic spots.
