福建省湿地自然保护区游憩资源价值评价--基于选择实验法的分析

Evaluation of Recreation Resources Value in Fujian Wetland Nature Reserves--Using Choice Experiment Method

文章基于选择实验法,构建多元Logistic回归模型,分析在目前、最佳、最差3种不同状态下的福建省湿地自然保护区游憩资源价值影响因素,在此基础上,测算不同状态下福建省湿地自然保护区游憩资源价值。研究结果发现,福建省湿地自然保护区游憩资源价值主要受植被覆盖率、天然特色景观数量、人流量、知名度、服务设施数量和旅行花费等因素的影响,在不同状态下,影响因素的类型和大小存在差异。其中,植被覆盖率对3种状态下的游憩资源价值均具有正向作用;天然特色景观数量在最佳状态下对游憩资源价值具有显著促进作用,而在目前状态和最差状态下则并不显著;人流量对游憩资源价值具有负向作用,知名度对游憩资源价值具有正向作用,人流量和知名度对于最差状态下的游憩资源价值影响最大,而在目前状态和最佳状态下对游憩资源价值的影响相当;服务设施数量在目前状态和最佳状态下对游憩资源价值提升具有负向作用;旅行花费在3种状态下对游憩资源价值均具有负向作用。游憩资源价值测算结果表明:在目前、最佳和最差3种状态下福建省湿地自然保护区人均游憩资源价值分别为242.667元、363.111元和186.765元。福建省湿地自然保护区游憩资源价值开发空间较大,应当在保护湿地生态系统的前提下,尝试进一步开发福建省湿地自然保护区的游憩资源价值。

Based on the choice experiment method, the study builds a multiple logistic regression model, analyzed the influencing factors of the value of recreational resources in the wetland nature reserves in Fujian under different states, and calculated the value of recreational resources in the wetland nature reserves in Fujian under different states. The study found that: the recreation value of wetland nature reserves is mainly affected by vegetation coverage, the number of natural features, the flow of people, the popularity of wetland nature reserves, the number of service facilities and travel expenditure, and there are differences in the types and sizes of influencing factors in different states. Among them, the vegetation coverage has a positive effect on the value of recreational resources in the three states;the number of natural features has a significant promotion effect on the value of recreational resources under the best conditions, but it is not significant under the current and worst conditions;The flow of people has a negative effect on the value of recreational resources, the popularity has a positive effect on the value of recreational resources, the flow of people and popularity have the greatest impact on the value of recreational resources in the worst state, and in the current state and the best state, the impact on the value of recreational resources is equivalent;the number of service facilities has a negative effect on the value of recreational resources under the current and optimal conditions;the travel expenditure has a negative effect on the value of recreational resources in the three states. The calculation results of the value of recreational resources show that: the per capita recreation value of Fujian wetland nature reserves in the current, best and worst conditions is 242.667 yuan, 363.111 yuan and 186.765 yuan respectively. The research results show that the recreation of the wetland nature reserves in Fujian Province is still relatively large. Under the premise of protecting the wetland ecosystem, combined with the development of wetland ecotourism, the Fujian wetland nature reserve should be further developed to enhance its recreational value.
