国外康养旅游研究的转型与趋势--基于英文文献的计量分析

Retrospect and Prospect of Stduy on Health and Wellness Tourism Abroad--Bibliometric Analysis Based on English Literatures

康养旅游以满足人民美好生活健康需求为目标,日益成为精准化、精致化、人性化空间生产与产业协同发展的新模式。以1950~2019年WOS核心数据库相关论文为基础数据,综合运用多种计量分析工具对康养旅游研究的英文文献进行计量分析。结果表明:(1)纵向来看,康养旅游的概念由早期的医疗旅游向产业链两端不断延伸,且更加注重产业链前端的疾病预防与后端的康体疗养服务。(2)横向来看,康养旅游的主题及方向逐渐明朗与聚焦,主要集中于行为感知的需求动机、恢复性环境的空间营建、细分市场的产业布局、医疗资源的区域差异以及风景资源的健康评估5个主题。(3)总体而言,国外康养旅游相关研究经历了由资源导向的健康保健旅游到需求驱动的复合型康养生活目的地的演变历程。

Aiming at satisfying people’s health-care demands, health and wellness tourism gradually become a new mode of precise, refined and humanized space production and industrial growth. Based on the core database of WOS, this paper made a quantitative analysis of the English literatures of health and wellness tourism research by using a variety of econometric analysis tools from 1950 to 2019. The results showed that:(1)The longitudinal analysis of time dimension shows that the concept of health and wellness tourism extends from medical tourism to both ends of the industrial chain, and pays more attention to the disease prevention at the front end and the health care service at the back end.(2)The horizontal analysis of the topic dimension shows that the theme and direction of health and wellness tourism are becoming focused and clustered into five topics, including the motivation of behavior perception, the construction of restorative environment, the layout of subdivided market, the differences of health-care resources, and the assessment of landscape resources.(3)In general, the prospect on health and wellness tourism abroad evoluted from resource-oriented to market-oriented, and from supply-driven to demand-driven health and wellness destinations.
