林下养生产业发展与森林资源保护问题思考

Analysis on Protecting Forest Resources in Industrial Development of Health Preservation in the Forest

文章对林下养生产业发展在不同情境下影响森林资源保护的问题进行研究。通过森林资源在林下养生供给与消费中的使用价值分析、约束缺失条件下林下养生供给主体获利途径以及消费者行为实证研究,文章得出结论:在林下养生产业发展过程中,不仅要认识到产业健康发展对森林资源和生态环境的保护作用,更要意识到在约束缺失条件下产业发展对森林资源和自然环境构成的危害与不利影响。只有依据相关法律法规对林下养生供给和消费行为进行刚性约束,才能避免森林资源和自然生态环境受到侵害,达到产业发展与资源保护双赢。

This paper analyzed the issue that development of industry of health preservation in the forest effects forest resources in different situations. Through the analysis of the use value of forest resources in the supply and consumption of health preservation in the forest, as well as empirical analysis of suppliers accessing benefits and behaviors of consumers from health preservation in the forest without external restrictions, it is concluded that not only the protective effect to forest resources and ecological environments by favorable development of industry should be recognized in the process of industrial development of health preservation in the forest, but also should be conscious of detriment to forest resources and ecological environments by illegal development of industry without external restrictions. The detriment to forest resources and ecological environments can be avoided only by rigid restriction on the supply and consumption behavior so as to achieve a win-win situation of industrial development and resource protection.
