温湿度对携带沃尔巴克氏体白纹伊蚊卵孵化率的影响 被引量:3

Effect of temperature and humidity on egg hatch rate of triple-Wolbachiainfected Aedes albopictus

摘要 目的探寻储存白纹伊蚊卵的最佳温湿度和简便有效的蚊卵储存方法,为大规模生产节约成本。方法在湿度为30%~35%,温度为21、27和33℃的条件下,观察实验室饲养的三重感染沃尔巴克氏体白纹伊蚊(简称HC蚊)产卵后7和14 d的卵孵化率;在温度为27℃,产卵纸相对湿度为30%~35%、15%~20%和0%~5%的条件下,观察实验室饲养的HC蚊产卵后7和14 d的卵孵化率;最后测试盖上保鲜膜,保持温度为27℃,产卵纸相对湿度为15%~20%的条件下,HC蚊在产卵后7、14、21、28、35、42、49和56 d的孵化率。结果温度在21、27和33℃的条件下,蚊卵孵化率无明显降低;在产卵纸相对湿度为0%~5%的条件下,孵化率在14 d时有明显降低。把卵放在一次性杯子里,温度27℃,盖上保鲜膜,保持产卵纸相对湿度为15%~20%,白纹伊蚊卵孵化率在35 d时无明显变化。结论保持温度27℃,产卵纸相对湿度15%~20%,能够维持HC蚊卵在1个月内孵化率不降低,此方法可作为一种简便有效的储存白纹伊蚊卵的方法。 Objective To study a method for egg storage and establish the suitable temperature and humidity on hatching of Aedes albopictus eggs.Methods The eggs of Triple-Wolbachia-infected Aedes albopictus(HC)were maintained under different temperature of 21,27 and 33℃and different filter paper relative humidity of 30%-35%,15%-20%and 0%-5%;the egg hatch rate was determined after 7 and 14 days.At last,two conditions with 27℃and 15%-20%were set up,the egg hatch rate was observed after 7,14,21,28,35,42,49 and 56 days.Results The hatch rate of eggs was not significantly different with 21,27 and 33℃after 7 and 14 days.At 0%-5%RH,the egg hatch rate decreased by 30%as compared to the 15%-20%RH after 14 days.No significant changes in hatching rate were recorded after 35 days when HC eggs were stored in box with plastic wrap at 27℃and 15%-20%RH.Conclusion HC eggs could be stored in box with plastic wrap at 27℃and 15%-20%RH for one month without decrease in the egg hatch rate.It’s a simple and effective method for storing HC eggs.
