脉络学说指导下的吴以岭防治冠心病心绞痛学术观点

WU Yiling’s Academic Viewpoints on Prevention and Treatment in Angina of Coronary Heart Disease Under the Guide of Vessel and Collateral Theory

吴以岭重视中医基础理论创新在学科发展中的重要地位。既往系统构建"络病证治"理论体系,为中医络病学科的建立奠定了理论基础。同时围绕以冠心病心绞痛、心律失常、心力衰竭、糖尿病血管并发症等为代表的血管病变,系统构建"脉络学说",并以其作为指导血管病变防治的系统理论。以"脉络学说"为切入点,以冠心病心绞痛为代表,提炼关于该病病因病机、治法治则、用药规律等学术观点,以期为临床冠心病心绞痛的治疗提供有益指导。

WU Yiling attaches importance to the important position of basic theoretical innovation in traditional Chinese medicine in disciplinary development. Previous systematic construction of a theoretical system on"syndromes and treatment in collateral disease"has laid a theoretical foundation for disciplinary establishment of collateral disease in traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time,around vascular diseases represented by coronary heart disease angina,arrhythmia,heart failure,diabetic vascular complications,etc.,a "vessel and collateral theory"is systematically constructed and used as a system theory to guide prevention and treatment of vascular diseases. Taking the"vessel and collateral theory"as a starting point and the representative of angina in coronary heart disease,academic viewpoints such as its etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic methods and principles,and laws of medication are refined to provide useful guidance for the treatment of clinical angina in coronary heart disease.
